First Year Seminar

Lisa Montoya was born and raised in Chicago and moved to New Mexico to pursue her undergraduate degree in Fine Arts in 2008. She is a recent graduate of the OILS MA Program, where she focused on how to create exceptional teaching and learning experiences in college classrooms. Lisa currently works as an Instructional Designer with the UNM's Anderson School of Management and believes that each and every student can succeed when given the proper space to flourish. Her goal as an instructor is to help students successfully navigate their higher education journey.
